UAB Švyturys – Utenos alus

Last September, we completed a 7-month leadership training programme! Together with Tips no tricks and impactlab 💙💛, we developed a programme based on Micro-Learning principles, which brought together the managers of the Utena and Švyturys breweries on a bi-weekly basis to learn and strengthen leadership skills. 🎉

We are proud of our work and the changes we are seeing in the management team – we feel our leadership muscles have been strengthened!
